Throughout the series, you'll delve into the intricacies of classic Pilates exercises, including the Hundred, Roll-Up, and Single Leg Stretch, while also layering in exercises typically found in my Pilates Fusion workouts. Each session flows with gentle progression, allowing ample time for participants to engage deeply with each movement and unlock their body's full potential.
